2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment (if applicable).
• Customers must provide accurate personal and contact information during the booking process.
• Manojavam Travels reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking under exceptional circumstances.

3. Payments

• Package prices are communicated clearly before booking confirmation.
• Any balance payment must be completed as agreed before or during the journey.
• Additional expenses not included in the package are the responsibility of the traveler.

Manojavam Travels reserves the right to modify routes, sightseeing order, or schedules due to weather conditions, road closures, traffic, government restrictions, or safety concerns. Such changes are made to ensure passenger safety.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the time of cancellation, advance payments already made, and third-party supplier (hotel/vehicle) policies. Non-refundable expenses already incurred will be deducted.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Carry valid government-issued identification.
• Arrive at the pickup location on time.
• Maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle and follow driver instructions.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence.

8. Travel Delays

Manojavam Travels cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, including traffic congestion, weather, road conditions, festivals, or vehicle checkpoints.

9. Liability

We strive to provide safe services, but Manojavam Travels shall not be liable for personal injury, loss of baggage, theft, missed flights/trains, or delays due to natural disasters or political disturbances.
